Development of 3 apps and 1 webapp in support of Santa’s Naughty or Nice experiential marketing event at American shopping malls. Prior to children visiting with Santa, parents were able to sign up for the event from home or mobile device. Google and Facebook log-ins were used to simplify the login for attendees. They were then able to sign in at the event on an iPad kiosk and have their information cued up for Santa’s helper and for Santa. Analytics were added to provide valuable post-event analysis.
